Your Order is Very Special to Me

I make your order once I receive it. I do not carry inventory. I hand-craft every piece personally. When your order comes in, it immediately is added to the queue of work orders. Usually, your order will be completed within two weeks. As soon as I complete it, I will package and ship your order, and will immediately advise you when the jewelry has been shipped to you.

 

Return Policy

I hope you love your new jewelry which I hand-crafted for you. However, I recognize that it is possible you may need a different size if you bought a bracelet, or you may need an adjustment in the length of the black silk cord if you bought a pendant.

For bracelets, before you place your order, it is very important that you measure your arm size below the wrist. There are three size options for each bracelet: Small, Medium, and Large. Be sure to measure your wrist below the wrist bone and check those measurements with the following chart to know which size is best for you:

After you receive a bracelet you ordered, if it does not fit, please recheck the right size using this chart, indicate the new size you need and return the bracelet within 15 days using a bubble mailer for protection in shipping. After hand-crafting the new size, I will send the new bracelet to you within two weeks.

For pendants, you may need an adjustment in the length of the black silk cord. The length is determined by the design, and how it fits on a medium-sized model. If you need an adjustment, please determine how much shorter or longer you need the cord, indicate this to me in a note and return the pendant with this note within 15 days using a bubble mailer for protection in shipping. After adjusting the size of the cord, I will send the pendant back to you, usually within one week.

Although I cannot bear the cost of you shipping the item back to me, I will bear the cost of mailing the adjusted item back to you. Sorry, I cannot accept pieces if they are damaged. Only one adjustment per purchase. There are no returns for any other reason.
